Our Process:

Step 1. Phone conversations with the bride or planning party to find out as much as possible about the wedding

Step 2. 1st face to face meeting, or phone
-The client will choose a wedding package
-The client will choose any desired add-ons
-The planning phase will begin

Step 3. Based on the information gathered in the 1st meeting and phone conversations with the client, an estimate, proposal and/or contract will be developed outlining the process, timeline and payment terms.

Step 4. 2nd face to face meeting
The estimate, proposal and/or contract will be presented with any add-on the client may have chosen.
The project agreement will be signed by client and Weddings by Reality Rep. (copies for both parties)
First payment will be required (usually 50% of the contract price) to begin

Step 5. Wedding Shoot
-Weddings by Reality will capture all video and audio needed for the completion of the wedding production.

Step 6. Any add-ons requiring sound studio or video studio will be scheduled and completed based on the timing schedule established by the Video Director.
-Recording of client in sound studio
-Green Screen video recording or other backdrop desired by client

Step .7 Post-production. Editing of video, audio and visual effects will occur to complete the production.

Step .8 Once the video is complete, Weddings by Reality will upload a compressed version of the commercial to a web staging area for the client to view

Step .9 Once the client has viewed the video, any recommendations or changes will be sent to Weddings by Reality to implement the client revisions. Once completed, a new version of the commercial will be uploaded to the staging area for the client to review

Step. 10 Once the revisions have been rendered (if any), a Project Completion Form must be signed by the client and in Weddings by Reality's possession before the output stage
- The client can sign at Weddings by Reality's office
The client can sign and fax it to Weddings by Reality
The client can sign, scan and email it to Weddings by Reality

Step. 11 Output The finished video will be given to the client on DVD

Step. 12 On delivery of final masters, the remaining balance is due.
